Hen of the Woods

Hen of the Woods is a renowned name in the Cincinnati snack scene. They came to Pixaura seeking a redesign of their website that could deliver on their big name and properly reflect their high-quality branding and packaging. I approached the redesign with the goal of creating a unique user experience where the products took center stage and were larger than life. The product imagery reigned supreme, complemented by pops of color and bold typography that not only caught the eye but also guided users on a narrative journey through the site.

Additionally, hints of natural design elements were woven throughout the design to echo the brand’s commitment to quality ingredients and to create an immersive atmosphere that aligned with Hen of the Woods’ existing branding. The site's layout was designed to ensure it was easy to navigate, with intuitive menus and clear calls-to-action.

The redesign enhanced the visual appeal of the website, improved user engagement and accessibility, and expanded upon the established branding systems.
